Saint Louis, Michigan

St. Louis was incorporated as a village in 1868 and as a city.

The city contracted with M. Walker to build a system that began service in 1880, using steam- and water-driven Walker pump and two Holly pumps to distribute water through Wyckoff wood pipes.

Water is supplied by the city of St. Louis.
