East Liverpool, Ohio

East Liverpool was incorporated as a village in 1834 and as a city in 1889.

The village built a water works system that began service on November 5, 1879 pumping water from the Ohio river to an elevated reservoir using steam engines.

Water is supplied by the city of East Liverpool.
