Foxboro Council has accepted a motion of purchase the Foxboro Water Col it
was learned at a special meeting of the council last week. The
Foxburg authority has taken a one-year option on the property at the
request of council. Purchase price was $32,000.

The Foxburg Area Water and Sewer Authority has been granted a federal load
of $170,000, according to L.D. Noel of Foxburg. Purchase and
renovating of the existing water supply and distribution system. The
Noel family is selling the community water system to the Foxburg Sewer and
Water and Authority.
