Manchester, Pennsylvania

Manchester was incorporated as a borough in 1853 and was annexed into Allegheny City in 1867.

The Manchester Water Company, of Allegheny county, was incorporated in 1864 but did not build anything.

Water is provided by the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority
